You want to keep your business and personal Twitter accounts separate, so you open a second account. Or maybe you are trying out different social media strategies to see what works best – whatever your reason for having multiple Twitter accounts, managing them simultaneously can get a little tricky.
While it’s simple enough to log in to one account at a time, what do you do if you need to have more than one profile logged in at the same time?
Here, we will walk you through how to log into more than one Twitter account at a time. We will also show you how to switch between profiles from various devices.
How to Login to Multiple Twitter Accounts on a PC
Twitter offers users the ability to log into multiple accounts natively. Unlike mass-unfollowing accounts or deleting multiple Tweets at once (where you need to use a tool like Circleboom), you can sign into multiple accounts right inside Twitter.
To switch between two Twitter accounts, you will first have to add the second account to your profile. Once that’s done, you can easily move from one account to another. This is how you log in to multiple Twitter accounts from your computer.
- Head over to Twitter on your web browser.
- Sign in to your primary profile.
- Click on the profile icon on the side menu in the bottom left corner.
- Select “Add existing account” from the pop-up menu.

Managing Multiple Twitter Accounts

However, Twitter has made it easy for users to toggle between profiles without logging out of the app first. With the guidelines above, you can quickly switch between accounts, irrespective of the device that you are using to access Twitter.
